Hello, Madras!

I couldn't talk about this season's trends without mentioning the "MADRAS" craze that's is making its rounds to a variety of retailers from J Crew and American Eagle Outfitters to Barney's Co-Op and of course, American Rag Fashion Island. We have an assortment of brands that cater to your Madras needs...

For the Women, we have a great simple classic line called Tailor Vintage. This New York based company has been shipping their contemporary sportswear to all the high-end upscale businesses like ARFI! Their shorts will run you from about $98-$120.

Below is a color swatch of the different patterns their Madras come in. We only carry the Key West Tea Dip and the Sand Bleach.

Madras is so big this season, reknown fashion lable, A.P.C. launched their own Madras line, which is even more price friendly than their already reasonably priced apparel. Below are some of the great new things we received in from their Madras line. This sun-dress below is my personal favorite from the Madras collection by A.P.C. It retails about $129. There's also a match handkerchief that would match this dress for about $30-$40 sold separately. Overall, this collections ranges from about $50-$220.

**There is a matching tote bag to match the top above
and/or the jacket below for about $60 sold separately**

*The floral blouse above is not from their Madras line, but new to our store*

And for the Men, we actually just received our Tailor Vintage (Men) shorts for men this past week. Again, we have the Key West Tea Dip, the Sand Bleach and (I believe) the Flamingo Acid. The men's shorts will run about $108-$125.

Also for the Men, we carry some great shirts and shorts by Engineered Garments. Now I must say that I personally like this line a lot. It's a sexy, yet stylishly classic brand. Below are some of the great stuff we have in from them this season. Prices range from $150-$200

Hey fellas, pair the Madras shirts with some fine quality premium denim also by Engineered Garments (see below). We only have a few sizes left in the wash below. I believe it is a Raw rinse. Engineered Garments' denim retails at about $230.
